- 10-class pass for $145.
- 20-class pass for $265.
- Passes valid for 12 class weeks from date purchased, non-refundable, non-transferable.
- Single class drop-in fee, $16.
Pilates Mat Technique Training
- 6-class session, meeting twice a week, for 3 weeks, $100
Gentle Pilates – starts April 5
- 8-week series,meeting once a week, for $120 (no punch pass)
Yoga with Linda Boudreault
- 8-week series, meeting once a week, $90 (no punch pass)
- Drop-in fee, single class, $13

Pilates Mat Technique Training
For those new to Pilates, this class offers an introduction to the classic progression of Pilates mat exercises. You will learn the basic concepts of core control, as well as how to use breath and imagery to facilitate movement. The class meets for six, one-hour sessions, twice a week for three weeks. You will learn 15-20 of the mat exercises and receive written descriptions. Information on books, DVDs and videos will be available. Prerequisite for all Pilates Mat Level I, II, I-II Classes
- 6-class session, meeting twice a week, Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm & Saturday 11am-12pm.
- Session I: January 8 – January 26
- Session II: March 1 – March 15 (this class will meet 5 times, each class will run 1 hour 15 mins.)
- Session III: April 12 – April 29

Pilates Mat Level I — Basic
A good transition from the Pilates Technique Training Class to regular participation in classes. Must have Pilates Technique Training Class or instructor consent to participate.

Pilates Mat Level I/II — Basic/Intermediate
A mixed level class. Begin to learn more of the intermediate exercises and pick up the pace. Must have Pilates Technique Training Class or instructor consent to participate.

Pilates Mat Level II — Intermediate
Begin to expand your practice with the magic circle, hand weights, stretch band and more. Must be comfortable with the exercises and how your body handles Pilates. Must have Pilates Technique Training Class or instructor consent to participate.

‘Mixed Bag’ Pilates – All levels
A mixed level class that is sure to be fun! This is a class where the instructors will bring new ideas to the traditional Pilates repertoire.

Pilates Mat Level II/III – Advanced
Most participants have studied Pilates for several months or more. A fast paced workout. Must have Pilates Technique Training Class or instructor consent to participate.

Gentle Pilates (formerly Therapeutic Pilates)
This ten-class series is taught by a physical therapist who is also a certified Pilates instructor. It is for those who would like to learn the basic Pilates mat sequence but who may benefit from individualized modifications and a gentler approach. Ideal if you experience musculoskeletal problems or for those completing physical therapy who wish to become more active. Limited to eight participants. Nia
Nia is a flowing movement class that delivers cardiovascular and whole-body conditioning. It is a blending of simple choreography and free form dance. Nia blends elements of jazz and modern dance, Tae Kwon Do, Akido, Yoga, T’ai Chi and more to create an uplifing and inspiring experience. It’s all about the joy of movement!

Beginner Yoga Series – April 2 – May 28
This series is ideal for the beginner yoga student. Each class will include physical postures that stretch, strengthen and balance your body, as well as breath work and some teaching of yoga philosophy.

Cancellation Policy
- All group classes must be paid for in advance of the class.
- Full refund for group classes up to two weeks before start date.
- 50% refund for group classes the week before start date.
- NO REFUND once class session has started.
- Make up classes will be scheduled with instructor’s permission.
