BEYOND BEGINNER
For those who have previous experience with Pilates matwork.Wednesdays: January 25 – March 7, 2012 (no class February 22)

GENTLE PILATES
For those wanting a slower, modified approach to Pilates. Suited to those with medical or orthopedic challenges. Must be able to get down to the floor and back up again without assistance.Fridays: January 27 – March 9, 2012 (no class February 24)

Cancellation Policy
- All group classes must be paid for in advance of the class.
- Full refund for group classes up to two weeks before start date.
- 50% refund for group classes the week before start date.
- NO REFUND once class session has started.
- Make up classes will be scheduled with instructor’s permission.
